Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise was an American actor, performer, and writer best recognized by the name of Ginger Grant from the TV series Gilligan's Island. Her stage experience began in the 1950s with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Thereafter she acted in numerous Broadway productions before making it big on the national theatre arena with Li'lAbner's in the year 1957. In 1957, she debuted her own album called It's time for Tina. Louise began her Hollywood career in the year 1958 as she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a film that was dramatic. The film was a huge hit and Louise won an award called the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. Louise enrolled in Actors Studio, New York in the same time and was Lee Strasberg's pupil. In 1964, she was offered her first notable role after CBS signed her to portray Ginger Grant. Louise played a wonderful job of juggling between Broadway as well as Hollywood. She was portrayed as a dark as well as contrasting characters from the glamour doll image she was perceived as. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. Stargate: SG-1 Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. But, over the last few years she's also made her distinction as a producer of several popular TV series like Supernatural as well as The 100. Her family relocated to Essex to Toronto, where she spent both her teenage and adult years. When she was chosen to play the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997, and has lived there since.
